Louis R. Baldino is a Licensed Psychologist in independent practice, licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and is also a Licensed Professional Counselor, certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors.

Lou has had extensive training and experience as a team player with various psychological groups in counseling centers before starting his own independent solo practice in Harleysville, Pennsylvania in 1994.

Lou has worked in the mental health field since 1986 and private practice since 1994. He shares his life with his wife, and together they have two adult daughters. Louis has been an accomplished guitarist throughout his life playing many genres of music. The most recent was a 12-year run of traditional Irish music with his daughter’s band. Louis is also passionate about American history.
